This website is operated for the Lexicom network of independent commercial law firms by Good Rechtsanwälte St. Gallen AG, Teufener Strasse 25, 9000 St. Gallen, Switzerland. Contact: info@lexicom.org.

2. Hosting

This website is hosted in Switzerland. When you visit the site, the hosting provider processes technical data (such as IP address, browser type, date and time of access) in server log files to deliver the website securely. This data is not merged with other data sources.

3. Web analytics

We use Umami Cloud, a privacy-friendly analytics service operated by Umami Software, Inc. The data is stored in the European Union. Umami does not use cookies and does not store personal data; visits are recorded anonymously and cannot be traced back to individual visitors. For this reason, no consent banner is required for these statistics.

4. Member login

Members of the network can sign in to an administration area. For this purpose we process the e-mail address and login data of registered users. This data is used solely for operating the members area.
